Client Service Management
Ensure the successful delivery of managed service contracts against agreed SLAs and KPIs.

Kinly Client Service Managers (CSMs) are your central point of contact across all aspects of the GS service.
Working closely with Programme Managers and your key stakeholders, CSMs are responsible for managing MOS teams, creating meaningful relationships and ensuring effective lifecycle management. They also take full responsibility for contract development, negotiation and compliance.

Transition and training
Planning ownership and delivery of a four-phase service transition inclusive of discovery, implementation, completion and optimisation. We also train and develop the MOS team and offer any required learning to your own teams.

Resourcing and service delivery
Managing MOS team recruitment and ensuring full staff coverage across your sites while acting as the escalation point to deliver service requirements and maintain complete project oversight.

Operations and relationships
Operating the day-to-day support service, including the management of the MOS team and all key stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and consistency of service across the contract.

Quality, governance, monitoring and reporting
Ensuring service quality through a Continuous Service Improvement Plan, leveraging client knowledge and team expertise for optimal results while tracking and reporting all service elements, including finance.
