Graduate Programme
We’re always eager to share our experience and give graduates a head start in the AV industry. We have close ties to universities and each year welcome several graduates into the Kinly family, offering them the opportunity to explore all aspects of our business and forge their own career path.
Graduate Programme
The Kinly Graduates’ Programme is a structured course, split into three phases. Each phase is designed to support you towards a career in AV. Throughout the placement, you’ll work alongside our highly experienced and passionate teams. You’ll also have the chance to travel, gain industry accreditations and support some of the most technologically advanced projects in the industry.
- Phase one: One month working in ten different engineering disciplines
- Phase two: Select three areas you enjoyed most and spend a month on each
- Phase three: Choose your specialism for the remaining eight months.
Veterans Resettlement Programme
Bringing people together with diverse experiences helps us to create a collaborative environment where innovation knows no boundaries. Our Veterans Resettlement Programme enables people leaving the Armed Forces to access a brand-new industry where their transferrable skillsets allow them to shine.
Veterans Resettlement Programme
The Kinly Veterans Resettlement Programme is a 6 month programme where you will work alongside our talented specialists supporting the world’s leading brands. You’ll be given all the guidance needed to thrive in the AV industry including a full engineering toolkit and skillset. You'll also begin your Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) training on just day two, be given full manufacturer training and get hands on experience. When you complete the programme, you’ll have all the skills to join us fulltime as either a Project or Service Engineer.

- 1-2-1 veteran support from all over the Armed Forces
