Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Our commitment to making the AV industry accessible, welcoming and inspiring for all
We want to inspire meaningful change, not just within our own business, but across the entire AV industry. Our mission is to ensure that everyone is welcome in the technology sector. To do this, we are proactively looking to increase representation in our business to create rewarding career opportunities and drive workforce development.
We believe that a diverse workforce, equitable opportunities and an inclusive culture are essential drivers of innovation and excellence. By creating an environment where every voice is heard and valued, we are creating a workplace that reflects the diverse communities we serve. Our DEI initiatives are designed to break down barriers, promote fairness and empower all our employees to thrive.
Inclusive futures at Kinly
From supporting young people with early careers initiatives through to our thriving Veterans’ Programme, we are leaving no stone unturned in our mission to create a workplace where people from all walks of life feel empowered to succeed.
Graduate programme
We’re always eager to share our experience and give graduates a head start in the AV industry. We have close ties to universities and each year welcome several graduates into the Kinly family, offering them the opportunity to explore all aspects of our business and forge their own career path.
Graduate programme
The Kinly Graduates’ Programme is a structured course, split into three phases. Each phase is designed to support students towards a career in AV. Throughout the placement, they work alongside our highly experienced and passionate teams. They have the chance to travel, gain industry accreditations and support some of the most technologically advanced projects in the industry.
- Phase one: One month working in ten different engineering disciplines
- Phase two: Select three areas they enjoyed most and spend a month on each
- Phase three: Choose their specialism for the remaining eight months.
Veterans Resettlement Programme
Bringing people together with diverse experiences helps us to create a collaborative environment where innovation knows no boundaries. Our Veterans Resettlement Programme enables people leaving the Armed Forces to access a brand-new industry where their transferrable skillsets allow them to shine.
