Innovation for a better future

This can include anything from emissions reductions and net-zero targets, through to commitments on plastic and waste to landfill.

Product selection
Adopt an ethical approach to product specification. We partner with vendors that use a high proportion of recycled materials, have strategies to reduce manufacturing impacts, provide carbon offsetting opportunities, don’t use conflict minerals or work in areas with human rights concerns.
Installation
Minimise the environmental impact of your installation and maximise the social benefit. We use low carbon transportation, work with recyclable or reusable materials, employ local people to reduce travel, and create social value through job opportunities and community engagement.
Usage and optimisation
Get the most from your estate usage data. After a solution is installed, we can implement occupancy sensors to see when spaces are being used, switch off energy when they’re unoccupied and monitor your technology remotely to identify areas where consumption can be reduced.
End of life
Plan for a sustainable future. For equipment in working order, we help you to repurpose it in your estate, or donate it to a charitable cause. If equipment cannot be repurposed, our partners operate takeback schemes, ensuring it is responsibly broken into parts for component reuse or recycling.
Reporting on impact
Meet your ESG reporting requirements. We understand the frameworks that you are aligned to, so we can provide you with all the data you need to measure the environmental and social impacts of decisions taken at every stage of the sustainability by design process.
