Product selection

Adopt an ethical approach to product specification. We work with vendors that use recycled materials, have strategies to reduce manufacturing impacts, provide carbon offsetting opportunities, don’t use conflict minerals or work in areas with human rights concerns.

Installation and logistics

Minimise the environmental impact of your installation and maximise the social benefit. We use low carbon transportation, work with recyclable or reusable materials, employ local people to reduce travel, and create social value through job opportunities and community engagement.

Usage and optimisation

Get the most from your estate usage data. After a solution is installed, we can implement occupancy sensors to see when spaces are being used, switch off energy when they’re unoccupied and monitor your full estate remotely to identify areas where consumption can be reduced.

End of life

Plan for a sustainable future. For equipment in working order, we help you repurpose it in your estate or donate it to a charitable cause. If equipment cannot be repurposed, our partners operate takeback schemes, ensuring it is responsibly broken down for component reuse or recycling.
