Jean-Paul joined the business at the start of 2019 as Global Procurement Director. Over the last five-years, he has played a pivotal role in consolidating Kinly’s manufacturer and supplier ecosystem, improving rebate management and initiating the formation of the Kinly Global Product Board (GPB) and Local Product Councils (LPC). With more than 30-years’ experience in the AV industry, Jean-Paul is the perfect person to identify the best product partners and manufacturers, ensuring Kinly continuously provides the best technology available to its customers. In his new role, Jean-Paul will lead the Kinly GPB to ensure global alignment on partner management and procurement. His priority is to work across teams, overseeing the formulation and execution of supplier strategies worldwide and ensuring the successful execution of manufacturing strategies, all whilst fostering global alignment on decision-making.
