We’re pleased to announce that Jana Nikolin has joined Kinly as our new Global Head of Sustainability. This appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to being the most sustainable business we can be, while ensuring the solutions we deliver help our clients toward their own environmental and social ambitions.
With over ten years’ experience across strategy, governance, reporting, and culture‑led transformation, Jana has built and delivered broad sustainability agendas encompassing environment and climate, DEI, and ethical supply chains. Working both in‑house and as a consultant, Jana has supported leading businesses in multiple industries, including private equity.
Jana is known for translating best practice and emerging trends into pragmatic execution. She also has a proven track record of navigating complex stakeholder environments to drive progress through cross‑functional collaboration.
