  • K-12 schools and higher education institutions

  • Other entities eligible under the New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Program

Work Details

The contract includes the following key components:

Video Conferencing Equipment: which include microphones, displays, monitors, headphones/headsets, cameras, speakers, lighting, digital whiteboards, acoustical conditioning materials, and furniture integral to VC functionality. Applications include distance learning and administrative meetings.

Labor Categories: can provide personnel for project management, technical engineering, installation, and training with defined hourly rates for various service times (straight time, overtime, etc.).

Customer Support Services: Access to dedicated representatives for account management and technical support at no additional cost for the first year. Additional yearly maintenance can be purchased.
