Unilever opens new Kingston Campus headquarters

We were proud to have designed and delivered the AV and collaboration technology that powers Unilever’s UK and Ireland headquarters at Sunlight House, part of the Eden Campus in Kingston upon Thames. Working alongside Unilever, Cordless Consultants, Mace, and Overbury, we led the design, installation, commissioning, and handover of a connected workplace built to support modern ways of working. 

Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, we created a scalable technology ecosystem tailored to the purpose of every space. The deployment spanned everything from meeting pods and collaboration rooms to executive offices, innovation spaces, the specialist Chefmanship Meeting Room, presentation areas, and a wellbeing-focused Restorative Space. 

Across the workplace, we integrated professional displays, Lenovo ThinkSmart and Crestron UC platforms, Huddly cameras, wireless presentation technology, and Crestron AVoIP. Larger spaces featured advanced audio solutions, including Shure ceiling microphones, Dante interfaces, and Biamp DSP and loudspeaker systems. Having consistent controls and integrated room booking help to ensure Unilever can meet, present, and share content with ease. 

We also delivered end-to-end project management, engineering, installation, programming, provisioning, training, and commissioning services, making certain that every space was operational from day one. 

The result is a future-ready workplace supporting more than 1,000 employees across eight floors. By combining intuitive everyday collaboration with high-performance spaces for workshops, presentations, and innovation, we helped transform Unilever's vision into a connected, flexible, and engaging employee experience.
