Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

This statement is published by Kinly and refers to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It covers the organisation and supply chain of Kinly, its subsidiaries and offices, including Kinly Ltd for the Financial Year ended 31st December 2019.

Statement

Our Aim is to operate our business in an open and transparent way and work with suppliers to ensure governance is consistent with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Kinly is engaged in the sale, delivery, commissioning and support of collaboration technology. Kinly work with suppliers globally to deliver its solutions, for a variety of products and services. It is important that none of these engagements involve any activity promoting slavery or human trafficking.

Kinly is committed to aligning agreements with suppliers to ensure, as a minimum, compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We achieve this by;

▪ Ensuring this Policy Statement is pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

▪ Educating all Kinly employees on the implication and importance of the legislation.

▪ Making details of the legislation and compliance procedures easily available.

▪ Incorporating review of this Policy Statement at regular intervals as part of our Quality Audit.

▪ Monitoring of potential risks or omissions in the Kinly Supply Chain.

▪ Continuing to work with established and respected partners.

▪ Allowing Kinly staff to easily report non-compliance.

▪ Incorporating a clause in our standard supplier agreement that enforces compliance with the Act and ensuring a reciprocal policy exists.

▪ Working with suppliers to ensure continued compliance and amendment of existing agreements where necessary.

▪ Sharing this Policy Statement on our website and upon request from suppliers and customers.

▪ Regularly communicating the positive impact of this Policy Statement.


Kinly is committed to tackling modern slavery and human trafficking and ensure it’s suppliers share the same values. This Policy Statement will be regularly reviewed and updated. Kinly endorses this Policy Statement and is fully committed to it’s implementation.
