Global Head of (Managed) Service Products

Kinly offers a service portfolio and video cloud services to optimally support our clients in their needs. These services are developed centrally, together with our local operations, and are mainly offered through and supported daily in each of our country organizations. To ensure proper operational and technical support, Kinly is looking for a Global Head of Service Products.

As Global Head of Service Products, you will develop the strategy of Kinly’s Service Portfolio and work in unison with leadership in each country and the centralized pricing team to define pricing of Service Products. In addition, you will work closely with the Head of Operations for Central Services to ensure continuity and ongoing operational and technical support for our Services portfolio.

More about this position

The Global Head of Service Products reports into the CPO and is a key member of the CPO’s leadership team. You will be responsible for identifying growth needs of the Service Products strategy and be accountable for growing the organization as per business needs. You work closely together with Head of Operations of Central Services, Global Head of Digital Product, CPO, CTO and Global Director of IT on a regular basis, along with other Management Board members.


  • Leader, owner, driver of a successful global Services strategy including definition of a service strategy to address market opportunity for an optimal service portfolio to maximize Kinly recurring services;
  • Translating the Global Kinly Strategy into a unified Service Strategy and way of working across each of the local organizations;
  • Internal champion and industry expert in managed global services and service portfolios;
  • Roadmap owner for smart monitoring and other service capabilities, delivering in close unison with the Head of Operations for Central Services;
  • Exemplary model of leading by example, educating and elevating other parts of the organization on successful service strategies and execution;
  • Key contributor to make/buy decisions in close unison with the Head of Operations for Central Services and the Kinly BD and M&A teams regarding service capabilities;
  • Define and drive services support strategies of hardware devices, together with global product board;
  • Awareness of the partners and competitors’ service offerings and proactively propose corrective actions to developments where necessary, promoting changes to the existing service strategy and / or identifying new opportunities for the Kinly services portfolio;
  • As necessary, the Head of Service Products will be expected to become involved with a number of partners and customers to help drive existing or new developments and opportunities.

Your experience

  • 10+ years of either AV or IT service management experience - online / video collaboration or related industry services a plus;
  • 5+ years driving either AV or IT service management strategies - online / video collaboration or related industry services a plus;
  • Demonstrate training/certification in ITIL 4.0 would be ideal;
  • Technical or another applicable bachelor’s degree, Masters degree a plus;
  • Demonstrated successes to support a successful track record of delivering and managing Services strategies in the video / collaboration space or other relevant online, technical service strategies;
  • Experience with driving multi-national service strategies in a technological environment, preferably within Service business;
  • Proven to be successful in an international, matrix organization and are a natural networker;
  • Commercial savvy, have an entrepreneurial drive and a competitive edge;
  • Strong customer focus and are well known for excellent communication skills.
