• Daily booking of invoices in the administration • Check and process expense claims of employees in the administration • Booking creditors. • Daily contact with suppliers. • Assist with the month-end closing • Support for other activities in the financial department

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Processing personal expenses
  • Handling receivable invoices
  • Processing payable invoices
  • Being the first contact to our clients and suppliers portfolios by e-mail and telephone.
  • Keeping an accurate tracking of our Finance mail box
  • Supporting in the end-month
  • Organizing an accurate archive system
  • Being trustworthy and reliable

Skills & Education

• MBO + financial administrative with at least 1 year of work experience • Good command of the Dutch and English language. • Good control of Excel and knowledge of Exact Globe & SAP • Can work accurately • Humor and social.
