Job pros and cons
+ With your cheery disposition you are the face of Kinly Amsterdam.
+ Greeting visitors. Answering the phone. Directing calls to the relevant person. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence. Maintaining a safe and clean reception area. Setting up meeting rooms. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties, such as invoices, inventory management of office supplies and ordering groceries. To you it doesn’t matter what you have to do, you enjoy it all.

Your experience and skills
· You successfully finished your education (mbo).
· You are an ambitious self-starter with at least two years of relevant work experience.
· You have a flexible approach to work and are willing to take on extra duties if necessary.
· You have the ability to quickly learn software and technology.
· You are punctual and always keep a cool head. Even when you are busy.
· You always speak to guests and colleagues with a broad smile. In Dutch or in English.
