+ You are responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of Kinly’s human resources department. A challenging job!

+ You will be leading a team of two HR business partners, an HR officer and a recruiter. Together with your colleagues you are actively performing HR-related functions on a professional level.

Your experience and skills

  • You have a proven track record (which means: a minimum of five to eight years) as an HR Manager in a global organization. In addition, you have three years of relevant experience in leading an HR team.
  • You have a bachelors degree in human resources or business management.
  • You have extensive knowledge of local employment/labor laws and regulations.
  • You are already experienced in recruiting senior colleagues.
  • You have the ability to communicate effectively across all levels within our organization - in Dutch and in English.
