We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Victoria Ferguson as our new Global People Director. This is a crucial role and Victoria’s addition reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a company, culture, and industry that is accessible, welcoming, and inspiring for all.
Victoria joins Kinly with extensive experience leading complex organizational, cultural, and people transformations across multiple sectors. With over 15 years in progressively senior HR leadership roles, Victoria combines strategic vision with global workforce expertise.
Victoria’s experience spans end‑to‑end HR management including organizational design, global mobility, compensation and benefits, performance, employee relations, leadership development, M&A integration, entity setup, and large‑scale change programs. Victoria has also worked in global roles, supporting organizations through periods of growth, change, and integration.
In her new role, Victoria will focus on strengthening our global People function, scaling best practices across regions, enhancing collaboration between teams, and improving consistency of employee experience worldwide. She will also play a key role in culture initiatives and our ongoing SAP integration, helping ensure our People infrastructure is set up to support future expansion.
