Our support services department is one of the largest at Kinly and, to our customers, is undoubtedly one of the most important. Made up of highly trained technicians with incredible customer service skills, this team ensures customers’ kit is always running at its best, and any failures are resolved at speed. Both the onsite and remote service teams are responsible for ensuring our customers’ business-critical systems remain operational and cover everything from answering calls, logging incident tickets, remote monitoring, planned maintenance visits and much more. Plenty of roles exist in the team, but all focus on the same thing – making working together, from anywhere, easy.

Enabling genuinely collaborative meeting spaces and events for Enterprise customers all around the world, our global services department has people in Hong Kong, London and New York, yet works as one team. Collaboration is essential here as together with our clients, global services use their full range of skills and expertise to take projects from bid stage right through to successful completion. A keen eye for detail is key too as every project is delivered according to the latest technology standards. But their input doesn’t stop once delivery is done. Preventative maintenance is also part of their remit, so this is a great home for problem-solvers.
