Your journey from here to a role at Kinly is straightforward as you can apply quickly and easily, interview in a way that suits you and get answers at speed.

It all begins right here. Once you’ve found a vacancy that suits you, click ‘Apply’ and you’ll be invited to create a candidate with us. There aren’t pages and pages of questions here or endless boxes to tick. Just supply us with all the basic info we need, along with your CV, and we’ll get straight to reading all about you.

Review

Review

We usually review all applications in 72 hours and, if we like the sound of your CV, you’ll soon be shortlisted by a hiring manager. From there, they’ll take a deeper dive into applications and will get back in touch within a matter of days.

Next comes your interview. As a business that so values good communication and the flexibility great tech offers, we give you the option to interview remotely. You shouldn’t have to book a day’s holiday or buy a train ticket to interview for your dream role, so at Kinly we’ll always accommodate whatever works best for you. After all, if you can work from anywhere, you can interview from there too.

Then we’ll get back to you with the good news within the space of two weeks. Our dedicated recruitment team, and your expert hiring manger, will be your guides through the whole process, so there’s always someone in the know to call on if you’ve got any questions. The same team will take you through your induction too.
