In your role of Unified Communications engineer you are responsible for solving incidents, perform changes and installations on customer premises and perform operator services and professional services. You create and analyze reports of incidents and changes to discover any structural problems. Out of these reports you create a complete analysis which you report to the team lead support. As the first line of contact with the customer you are representing Kinly in the Netherlands and in the rest of the world. The unified communications engineer is expected to work independently and in your team of colleagues in the Benelux, Norway, UK, Singapore and USA. You are a true team player. Your performance is customer- and solution oriented and you work flexible in answering customers’ requests.

In your role of unified communications engineer you give high value in finding the right solution for the customer by using your high technical skills. With this attitude you train yourself and your colleagues to the next level of Unified Communications.

Solving and reporting on incidents and changes, for voice and video over IP. Installations on customer premises and on distance from the office. Achieve, implement and support professional services. Achieve all described SLA goals. Update the customer on the status of the incident and progress of the project. Maintain good contacts with the suppliers’ support desks. Manage customer expectations and customer satisfaction.
