Role Summary

This position will be responsible for selling and marketing Kinly solutions to existing/new customers to create growth and development. This candidate will represent Kinly and manage all aspects of the sales process including customer relations, identify and deliver Kinly solutions to better their business, close and account care and will play an integral role in the success of the overall sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a detailed understanding of our products and services.
  • Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine a customer’s visual collaboration needs.
  • Develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable.
  • Establish professional relationships with manufacturer sales and sales engineering personnel.
  • Establish and maintain a strong business partnership with key executives in targeted accounts within your territory for the purpose of account penetration and in uncovering and closing additional sales opportunities.
  • Design and implement focused prospecting tools such as webinars, seminars, and email campaigns to increase sales and expand our customer base in the designated territory.
  • Selling the following solutions; network services, unified communications, VoIP, SIP, H.323, Cisco Telepresence, Extron, Creston, Biamp, AMX products, as well as integration, professional and managed services.
  • Accountable for maintaining a strong sales pipeline with detailed reporting.

Professional Skills and Abilities

  • Highly motivated with a proven track record of selling video conferencing, managed services, cloud services and network infrastructure solutions.
  • Excellent communications skills, organized and comfortable with on-line forecasting tools.
  • Ability to understand, present and demonstrate visual collaboration products and services to end user customers.
  • Direct selling experience in the AV/VTC and UC technology markets.

Education and experience equivalent to:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
  • 5+ years in videoconferencing sales, telecommunications services sales or AV integration sales.
