POSITION
The Receptionist is a core member of our team and the face of Kinly. Bearing this in mind, you will be someone with a cheery disposition who is able to contribute positively as part of our team. You will be someone who has a flexible approach to work and who is willing to take on extra duties as necessary.
Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Front Office - Greeting visitors and connecting them with the appropriate party - Answering the phone in a timely manner and directing calls to the relevant person - Handling incoming and outgoing mail & correspondence - Maintaining a safe and clean reception area - Setting up Meeting Rooms - Performing ad-hoc administrative duties – invoices – inventory management of office supplies- ordering groceries.
You can make this a great job. If you are open to it, it is also possible to perform other office management tasks.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
· MBO education;
· Minimum 2 years office experience;
· Computer data entry and ability to quickly learn software and technology;
· Kinly is an international player which make good verbal and written communication skills in English necessary.
· Good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch.
· Self-starter with strong customer relation skills
