As a Product Marketing Manager, you will work directly with our sales and development teams to define, optimize and implement the marketing strategy within our various product and service areas. Overall, the goal will be to position our portfolio of solutions and services to contribute to the company's long-term goals - Being the leading global specialist in visual collaboration. The company's strategy is to increase our recurring revenue streams, and to further focus on selected verticals. Experience with this type of work will be desirable.

The position will be part of the global marketing team, and work internationally with our development teams in Oslo, Amsterdam and Edinburgh, as well as sales and support teams in all regions. The Product Marketing Manager will hold a very central role in the organization and report directly to Chief Marketing Officer. The working language is English, the marketing department also translates a lot of its material into Dutch and Norwegian, and at times German and French.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Positioning: What needs our solutions and services address, and what value they provide to different customer groups and verticals
  • Messaging: Formulate text and create visual models for use in product, market, and sales material. (product sheets, sales presentations, case studies, white papers etc.)
  • Product launches: Establish and implement product launch routines, including updates with new features, etc. (Press releases, blog posts, SoMe content, campaigns, digital advertising etc.)
  • Strategies for sales and resale: Help define strategies for expansion and improvement of solutions together with sales and development departments
  • Storyboards for our solution centers: Develop storyboards for how to demonstrate solutions and services in our global solution centers together with product, marketing, and sales teams
  • Establish a data driven model for product marketing: Our portfolio of solutions and services spans over a wide range, but in our strategy, we have defined 3 target groups across our customer base. Market analysis and retrieval of relevant data from usage and support databases will be an important part of the responsibilities the position will cover

Skills and personal capabilities:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in product marketing of technology-based solutions and services in the B2B market
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Qualification desirable
  • Experienced in project management with multiple geographic regions, stakeholders and deadlines
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; be able to work well with several internal departments and external partners
  • Experience with publishing systems and digital tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Hubspot desirable
  • You will need to be analytical, structured and able to work with strict deadlines
  • You will be capable of building good relationships both internally and externally
  • There is opportunity and expectations for you to travel, but all our employees have access to personal video conference equipment and all our solution centers have their own video rooms
  • You need to be fluent in oral and written English, creating compelling text and material will be an important part of the position
