OVERVIEW

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Kinly’s highly disciplined Pre-Sales department. You will be responsible for providing customer consultancy / pre-sales for Skype for Business Services & Teams, including solutions and management. You will design SfB & Teams solutions to meet client’s expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design of Teams solutions to meet client expectations and operate to deliver expected business value
  • Microsoft consultancy services
  • Act as the glue between Sales & Technical deployment teams
  • Work with Sales Personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of sales engagements. To include attending client meetings, conducting site surveys, providing data sheets, production of proof of concept schematics and scope of works where appropriate/as required
  • Timely production precise specifications (Bill of Materials) and solution scopes in support of realising customer opportunities
  • Communicate and document technical and business information to widely varied audiences and in line with client requirements
  • Responsible for staying abreast of product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems. This includes interacting with Product Management and Development on an on-going basis to keep knowledge relevant and current
  • Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc
  • Responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors
  • Coordinate requirements for proofs of concept/trials
  • Work with client network and security teams to design a solution that fits within their specific criteria
  • Produce designs and documentation around current and evolving products and services for both client and internal use
  • Be proactive in understanding evolution of Microsoft 365 and all elements that are related to the efficient and smooth deployment of services and devices offered by Kinly

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent technical knowledge Skype for business and teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Visio
