IT System Administrator

As IT System Administrator you will need to implement, maintain, support and develop our company’s IT environment. Your role is to achieve the goal of providing maximum performance for clients, staff, suppliers and customers. You will be responsible for delivering IT Support to the Kinly business, maintaining complex IT infrastructure, hosting multiple IT environments and unified communications (UC) platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with administering Kinly office infrastructure:
- Windows 10
- Windows servers
- Active Directory and Azure AD
- VMware
- Veeam
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Exchange
- Cisco routers. switches and firewalls
As well as:
- Deploying
- Monitoring IT infrastructure
- Contact with outsourced suppliers for issues and maintenance
- Participate in the evaluation of new technologies
- Monitoring IT security for new vulnerabilities
Qualifications
Essential:
- Excellent communication skills
- Team worker
- You are customer and result oriented, accurate and stress resistant
Desired:
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- IT servicedesk management
- Skills in: VM Ware, Veeam, MS SQL, Exchange, AD, Azure & SharePoint
Nice to have:
- You have experience with services in a customer-oriented ICT environment.
- Experience in the Telecom sector in special Video Conference is a plus
Personal Characteristics:
- An ability to organize, priorities and multi-task
- The capacity to explain complex IT matters in layman’s terms
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- An understanding of what a business and its users need and expect from a computer system
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required
- Willingness to travel to other company offices
