Our Integration Engineers are responsible for ensuring all installations are delivered according to design, best practice and are fully functioning to the highest standard. You must ensure quality of installation completion, satisfaction of clients and contribute to the development of installation quality and efficiency standards.

  • Integration and commissioning of video conference and audio-visual solutions in the UK & Europe.
  • Work with the Project team to complete projects on time, in budget and to the required standard of completion
  • Work in manner that will deliver the most efficient, profitable and highest quality results in the implementation and commissioning of integrated solutions
  • Complete all onsite testing and documentation as directed by Project Services Manager and Integration Manager and in compliance with Kinly Projects Dept. process
  • Never leave an Integration site that is not fully functioning without clear written communication on outstanding elements to Project Manager or Department manager as appropriate.
  • Provide basic user training on audio visual and video conferencing systems.
  • Attend technical meetings and training as required.


  • Strong AV industry background and knowledge
  • Excellent client facing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively (Spoken and written)
  • Strong team player, helping and supporting colleagues in all departments
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office


  • Avixa CTS qualification or equivalent
  • Extron, Crestron, or other manufacturer training accreditation
  • Programming skills/certification (Crestron/AMX)
  • Any other relevant industry certifications and experience


SALARY: £25-£28,000 + overtime
