Human Resources Intern

Kinly is looking for a HR intern who likes a challenge and wants to join our fun HR team! From September 1st onwards, we would like to welcome a new and HR loving student again, who likes to support our HR department on a local & global level. What will you be doing?

You will get to learn a lot during your internship with us. You will join a dynamic company where you will become a member of the HR department. Our HR department is small team, which gives you the opportunity to face all aspects of HR. There is a lot of room for development and there are always opportunities to participate in new projects. In the Global HR team you will have close contact with the local HR departments in the various Kinly countries.

  • Supporting the Global HR director and the local HR departments in various processes and projects;
  • Taking care of various HR correspondence (contracts, letters, anniversaries etc.);
  • Contact person for employees and managers;
  • Providing various reports on request for the HR Director and HR Business Partners;
  • Creating and maintaining organizational charts;
  • Contribute to the improvement of various HR processes;
  • Support in the execution and planning of various strategic HR initiatives;
  • Monitoring and supporting the engagement platform (including the employee survey).

What do we expect from you?

  • You are in the third or fourth year of your HBO/WO education in the field of Human Resource Management;
  • You are independent, assertive and accurate;
  • As our new HR intern you will be available for at least 4 days a week, for a minimum of 20 weeks;
  • Of course you have good communication skills and a good understanding of the Dutch and English language (both verbal as in writing);
  • We are looking for a colleague with a hands-on mentality, who works accurately and seeks collaboration.
  • We have 2 internships to offer; one based in our Breda office and one within our global headquarters in Amsterdam. For this reason you need to be living in the vicinity of either one of our offices.
