The Global HR Director

Drives the people initiatives that supports delivery of the global (people) strategy and the Benelux, UK, US and Norwegian business strategy, strengthening leadership and engaging the hearts and minds of our people.

In order to meet Kinly’s ambitious growth targets, the organization has to professionalize and globalize in certain areas, one of them being HR. Kinly has therefore created a new position of Global HR Director. The new Global HR Director will report to the CEO and will work closely with the Management Board. Kinly’s operating model is a mix of local and central responsibilities. This combination is applicable to the HR domain as well.

The Global HR Director-position is a new role, in a rapidly growing organization. This means the new Global HR Director has to be of an entrepreneurial spirit; it is not an environment where everything is clear and stable.

This context calls for a seasoned Global HR Director, who has a strong analytical skillset and excellent interpersonal skills and with proven track record in change management.


Your main challenges are:

· To drive the integration of current and new Kinly companies and create a strong Kinly culture and ways of working

· To actively support and further develop the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to steer the organization through the fast pace growth and transition agenda

· Be the business partner to the ELT. To provide HR strategic advice to the ELT supporting the formulation and implementation of strategy for global and country business growth.

· To jointly formulate the Global HR strategy and to create and execute the global HR agenda.

· To collaborate with local HR teams in the development, design and delivery of People Services ensuring the local organization receive effective and timely support

· To contribute to the Identification of the human capital needs that are critical now and, in the future. Strengthen Kinly’s key positions while also creating a strong succession plan

· To create a climate in which our people within the local organizations feel connected and committed to the business and are genuine advocates of Kinly as a whole.

· To deliver key Global HR change projects/programmes that impact across the business


You:

· Have an academic title and working level

· Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a HR end-responsible job, with a minimum of 5 years in an international context.

· Have experience in Change Management, HR strategy, Talent Management and bridging cultures

· Are willing to travel for up to 40% of the time, mainly to NL but also to the other Kinly countries


You are a leader who:

· Has strong analytical / conceptual skills

· Has strong interpersonal skills, able to switch between influencing and guiding

· Is an effective and experienced change manager

· Is familiar with intercultural differences that come with international companies

· Is curious and open, while building on professional experience

· Knows how to balance between long term improvements and short-term results

· Is a self-motivated, innovative self-starter
