Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Kinly UK Field Engineering team, providing client support in both a remote and client onsite capacity. You will be supporting a wide range of VC and AV technology so must have strong AV industry background and knowledge.

In this role you will be accountable for responding to, and resolving, support calls as assigned by the UK Support desk. You will support customer locations are across the UK and Europe so travel may be required.

You will deliver an outstanding level of service to internal and external clients as prescribed by Company procedures and ensure client satisfaction, as well as meeting customer’s SLA’s.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting AV & VC Solutions in the UK & Europe, according to company procedures, guidelines & best practice
  • Assisting Service desk in all areas to ensure optimal delivery of service to all clients
  • Assisting colleagues in Support, Projects & Sales Departments to ensure optimal delivery of service
  • Responsible for remaining aware and expert in emerging technology/products within industry
  • Execution of site visits & health checks in accordance with company guidelines and clients’ site procedures and expectations
  • Providing 3rd line support via the Support Desk and in an onsite capacity, where appropriate
  • Competent use of infrastructure management tools for remote support procedures

  • CTS Certification
  • Excellent Client Facing Skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively (Spoken and written)
  • Strong team player, helping and supporting colleagues in all departments
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office

Desirable SkillsCisco CCNA or higher

  • Polycom Certification
  • Office 365 / Skype For Business experience
  • Programming skills/certification (Crestron/AMX)
  • Oblong Mezzanine experience
  • Any other relevant industry certifications and experience.
