Technical Trainer & Consultant

You will be accountable for delivering User Adoption Training, showcasing demonstrations and the scoping of Training plans with our clients to ascertain their success criteria, working closely with our sales and project teams.

You will deliver training for multiple platforms to a high standard, thus ensuring end users understand all features of their new meeting room equipment and how to use it to benefit their meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Training – Conduct training classes by presenting system-specific training presentations.
  • Responsible for creation of new training material and ensuring material is kept up to date.
  • Liaise with clients to plan and schedule training dates.
  • Conduct internal training sessions as required.
  • Support sales with CS Tenders and Consultancy
  • Supporting client and trade-show demos as required
  • Run Proof of Concept onsite sessions to assist with larger sales
  • Conduct “buzz” day drop-in sessions at client sites, talking users through their systems with a hands-on approach.
  • Maintain quality service by following organisation processes and standards.
  • Liaising with and supporting Kinly Project Services to ensure client installations are optimized
  • Providing feedback to pre-sales & Support on lessons learned from installations and client engagements
  • Support Sales Solution Centre by holding Showcase Demonstrations in the London Solution Centre, including during events demonstrating the various systems we deliver.
  • Schedule third party trainers to deliver some training sessions on behalf of Kinly where required
  • Some overnight travel within UK & Europe is required.

KEY SKILLS

  • Experience in a similar role advantageous
  • Previous knowledge in Audio Visual, Video Conferencing and/or a Tech sector will be considered preferable
  • Excellent presentation Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Good level of Microsoft Office Skills
  • Proven track record of success

SALARY: £40-£45,000, plus car allowance
