This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Kinly UK Contracts Department, assisting with Contract Management procedures in respect of contract creation, renewals and administration of the service.

In this role you will be accountable for contract management and administration, as well as assisting with enhancing the efficiency of the contract management function.

You will deliver an outstanding level of service to internal and external clients as prescribed by Company procedures and ensure client satisfaction, as well as meeting internal SLA’s.


Main Responsibilities

  • Gain working knowledge of contract databases within ERP and Service Now, to create new contracts and execute customer signature process
  • Sending renewal documentation to clients and/or account managers in accordance with renewal process within ERP and Service Now to secure recurring revenue orders
  • Service Now administration of assets, amending database to maintain accurate and comprehensive records
  • Gathering of information and administration of back to back underpinning of assets covered by a 3rd party, ensuring information is displayed on the asset record in Service Now for use by Kinly global operations team’s
  • Executing the asset management manual onboarding process where required
  • Develop an expertise in the service portfolio of Kinly Ltd and present that knowledge in a strategic manner in all customer engagement.
  • Provide holiday cover for the Contracts Team Lead


Key Skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively (Spoken and written)
  • Experience of working with databases preferable, but not essential
  • SAP and/or Service Now experience preferable, but not essential
  • Strong team player, helping and supporting colleagues in all departments
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Good attention to detail


Salary - circa £16,500 per annum
