Training and Development

Our most important asset is our employees and their competencies. When working with technology daily, we have to stay up-to-date on news, trends, features and challenges related to most products and services available on the market today. We use a lot of applications, tools and methodologies and must ensure people have the necessary skills for their role. The need for competence varies between the different roles in the company, but Kinly is committed to improving the skillset of our employees to help them reach their full potential.

Overall, our company provides a range of training and development opportunities to our people. Our industry accreditations recognise a high level of technical expertise and customer service. In fact, we hold a huge number of different certifications worldwide.

Apprenticeships: finding and educating new talent

We believe apprenticeships are a great way to educate young people and we regularly hire new talent to join our team. Working with advanced audiovisual solutions and collaboration services require a special skillset, regardless of your role. If you work with consultancy, design, project management, technical services, support or supply chain, you need to know the industry and products, as well as our customers and specific requirements and processes in order to ensure good deliveries.

We work with colleges and universities for IT and electronics to offer apprenticeships for new talent. We support these academic institutions by using audio-visual equipment for testing and practice and find and hire talent who, given the right training and experience, can become valuable assets for Kinly and our customers. Education includes 18-36 months of paid practice at Kinly, and the opportunity to complete the Certificate of Completed Apprenticeship in Computer Electronics, as well as in other professions.
